TERMS & CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT -
A 50% non refundable deposit required to confirm the booking & a signed contract if applicable.

1. A payment request and invoice will be sent upon booking request

2. Booking confirmation will be sent once deposit is paid
   

PAYMENT -
remaining Balance is due 7 days before the scheduled photoshoot.

1. If balance is late - a 5% fee will be added to the invoice and sent via email.

2. Failure to make payment & late fee up to 5 days before booking will result in a cancellation.

3. payment to be made to the bank details included on the invoice unless other arrangements are agreed,
   

Cancellation -
More than 14 days before the photoshoot:

• Clients can cancel the photoshoot without any additional cost. The 50% non-refundable deposit will still be retained.

7 days before the photoshoot:

• If the client cancels within 7 days of the photoshoot, the remaining balance of the booking will be due (in addition to the non-refundable deposit)
  

Rescheduling -

1. Clients may reschedule the photoshoot with at least 14 days’ notice at no additional charge. The 50% non-refundable deposit will carry over to the new date

2. Rescheduling within 7-14 days of the original photoshoot may incur a rescheduling fee of 10%. The 50% non-refundable deposit will carry over to the new date
   

Client responsibilities -

1. Please be on time for your session. If you’re late, it may affect the amount of time available for your shoot.

2. If your session is at a specific location, you must ensure we have access to the venue at the agreed time.

3. photos must not be edited by the client

4. If the client does not show up for the scheduled photoshoot without any prior notice the session will be considered a no-show. No refund will be provided.
   

Publicity -

Use of Images: I may use photos for my portfolio or social media. If you prefer that I do not, let me know in advance.

Delivery and timeline -

Photos will be delivered 2 weeks after the photoshoot via email to be downloaded to your chosen device

1. 2 week delivery for all galleries unless stated otherwise in the contract

2. Gallery will be provided by a downloadable link.

3. The link is valid for 3 days. If another link is required, this can be requested via email.
   

travel costs -

Travel fees will apply if the photoshoot is located more than 10 miles from Letchworth. you will be informed of any additional travel charges in advance

AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGMENT -

By booking a session and paying the deposit, YOU acknowledge that YOU have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.

This agreement becomes binding once the deposit is paid, and the booking is confirmed.

Any changes or exceptions to the terms stated must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
